PROMOTE 2005 est organisé pour l'intérêt général sur une base non lucrative par La Fondation Internationale Inter-Progress mandatée par les Autorités camerounaises. L'Etat camerounais et la Fondation subventionnent la manifestation pour maintenir les coûts de participation les plus bas possible.

PROMOTE 2005 is organized for the general interest on a non-profit basis by the Inter-Progress International Foundation elected by the Cameroonian Authorities. The State of Cameroon and the Foundation subsidize the event to maintain the costs at possible lowest involvement.
